How Our Recruitment Works

We recruit on behalf of our clients to fill specific permanent roles. Each vacancy has defined requirements, and we assess every application against those requirements. This means that not every applicant will be contacted; only candidates whose experience and qualifications closely match what the role demands will be taken forward.

Shortlisting is based on genuine suitability, not on the number of applications we receive. We review each submission carefully, and our recruiters use their knowledge of the client's needs to identify the strongest possible match. Your personal information is treated confidentially throughout.

Our aim is to make placements that work for the candidate and for the employer. A successful hire is one where both sides are set up for the long term, and that is what we work towards with every role we take on.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not always able to provide individual feedback to candidates who are not shortlisted. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of applying, it is likely that your application has not been progressed for that particular role. You are welcome to apply for other positions that match your profile.
Timelines depend on the client and the complexity of the role. Some processes move within a week; others may take several weeks. Your recruiter will give you a realistic indication of timing once you are engaged in an active process.
Yes. You are welcome to apply for any roles that are relevant to your experience. Each application is assessed independently against the requirements of that specific position.
We recruit for specific roles on behalf of our clients, which means we work from the vacancy, not from the candidate. We do not proactively search for positions on your behalf. However, if your profile is a strong match for a role we are working on, a recruiter will reach out to you directly. The best way to stay in the process is to apply for roles that align with your experience as they are advertised.
