Meet Olivia Pienaar. Born and bred in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, Olivia is far too cool for school. She is our resident DJ, and while she will never admit it, she surfs like a pro.
Growing up in a multicultural home, Liv is a self-proclaimed “mish-mash of different cultures” and can speak at least a little bit of all eleven official languages of South Africa.
She is lucky enough to have traveled extensively in the UK and Texas, USA.

Olivia became a Legend in 2023 and is a Consultant here, focusing on recruiting the best South African talent and managing the relationships with our Employer of Record clients. Liv is particularly focused on software developers and business developers into the US market,
“Having spent time in the US, I feel like I can just ‘get it’ when it comes to cultural fit and requirements.”
The highlight of her career with us to date has been hiring a large, SA-based SDR team for a newly funded darling of Silicon Valley, all done via our employer of record service. What is it that gets Olivia excited about what she does?
“I know it isn’t all about the cost savings, but seeing the reaction of my clients when they achieve the same or better output for a fraction of the price is a nice feeling.”
