Born and raised in Table View, Cape Town, Anthony’s roots are in hard work and resilience. His father’s career as a mechanic for the Mercedes race team instilled in him a strong foundation of precision and dedication. Though his path diverged from mechanics, he’s spent over two decades honing these skills in recruitment.
A lifelong martial artist, Anthony founded Panther Fighting Arts and Silverback MMA to train and support athletes in MMA, Muay Thai, and more. This background in combat sports taught him the importance of discipline and community, values he brings into his work. With 24 years in recruitment, including 15 in EOR, Anthony’s experience spans matching top-tier candidates with roles across the UK, USA, and Australia.
