Aishwarya is an Operational Analyst with a background in business analysis, process optimization, and technology development. Originally from India, she moved to London in 2022 to pursue her master's degree. While studying, she gained hands-on experience through an internship at Jaguar Land Rover and later worked in NHS recruitment before joining Effer Ventures.

Her role focuses on understanding business operations, documenting processes, and building MVPs in technology. With a Six Sigma qualification and expertise in business analysis, she is passionate about optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.

Aishwarya enjoys working with South African teams, appreciating their kindness, reliability, and strong work ethic in day-to-day operations. She’s still exploring the world of global recruitment but is eager to share insights as she gains more experience.
